I teach piano, guitar, drums, and bass from the comfort of the All-Star Music Studio in my home in Park Slope. I love working with kids of all ages and have a very collaborative approach. Every student is treated like an individual and is encouraged to bring in music they want to play, especially pop music. Lessons cover technique, as well as improvisation and composition. We record throughout the school year and make a CD of our favorite songs by the end of June. There is a student house concert every spring in the studio for family and friends.

BAX faculty, Dawn Mazzeo's kids both take lessons with Alice (drum kit, electric bass, and voice) and says she works wonderfully and patiently with kids!
