Description
The New member introductory "On Ramp" program consists of 3 separate 1 hour training sessions.
The On-Ramp options provide instruction on the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit training, movements that are found regularly in our classes. Our coaches will emphasize technical accuracy, safety, and consistency of movement, giving the new member a solid foundation so that they can make the most of their training. They will then have the chance to practice these movements during 2 weeks of unlimited classes.
By Definition, CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that improves every element of fitness through constantly varied, functional movements, executed at high intensity.
