Peppermint and iodine that reminds one of Phelps' Insignia. Angular and intriguing, with sharply defined blackberry and iodine fruit. A New York steak would serve nicely.

2008 Pinot Noir, Carneros

This is a very rich, fruity Pinot Noir, so if you like ripeness, you’ll love it. Floods the mouth with cherries, raspberries and strawberries, while 50% new French oak adds even richer notes of vanilla and buttered toast. It’s flamboyant now, and should be opened in the next 3-4 years.
