Ever wonder what it's like to be a mermaid? Find out first-hand by watching a demonstration of routines in full costume given by competitive synchronized swimmers, then learn a few moves yourself following the demonstration in a one-hour lesson given by the swimmers.
Special Instructions
Recipient must be comfortable in deep water and be able to swim 100 yards continuously. Offer is valid for weekends June 1, 2011- September 1, 2011 and November 1, 2011-April 1, 2012 for the Prince George's Community College Natatorium (Largo, MD) or Martin Luther King Jr. Aquatic Center (Silver Spring, MD). If recipient wishes the demonstration and lesson at any other pool, pool must be within 15 miles of Washington, D.C and recipient is responsible for reserving the pool space and notifying DC Synchromasters.
