Give your child a special gift of THREE thirty-minute private voice lessons with Phoenix Children's Chorus Director Jaque Marum.
Jaque Marum has been conducting TWO of the four Phoenix Children's Chorus choirs since 2000 and her students love her!
Her Cadet Choir is composed of elementary school age children who respond to Jaque’s youthful energy and sense of fun. The high school members of her advanced Encore Choir respect her as a skilled musician who challenges them to strive for excellence. The results....happy kids and beautiful music! No matter the age or skill level of your child, he or she will benefit from spending time with this talented teacher.
Jaque earned her degree in Music Education from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University. She was a high school music teacher at Horizon High School for many years and has served as a
clinician for several choral festivals. She is an active member of the American
Choral Directors Association and the Music Educators National Conference.
