About the Author
Though Kate has spent weeks digging at an archaeological site in Israel, studying at a church in Palestine, hiking in Jordan, touring Australia with her vocal jazz choir and visiting relatives in Sweden and Norway, one of her favorite places is in her backyard watching her cats. They are mischievous and inspiring.
Kate was born and raised in Madison, WI. She is an alumna of Wartburg College in Waverly, IA.
