For dogs new to K9, this includes a free evaluation day (valued at $15), plus two additional full days (valued at $35 each, $70 total). All dogs new to K9 must bring up to date vaccination information from their veterinary clinic upon arrival.
For dogs that have already been evaluated (successfully) by K9, the certificate is good for 3 full days of doggy daycare ($105 value)
There is a business card included that offers $5 off first bath too! Expires December, 2011.

Winner is responsible for paying an additional cost for shipping and materials if they cannot pick up item at Beresford Elementary School by June 17.
Each full day at K9 runs from 7am-7pm. If you'd like to board your dog overnight, K9 has a partnership with the neighboring San Mateo Animal Hospital (SMAH). Your dog can be taken by staff between K9 and the hospital each day/night.
Additional one-time cost of $55 (doctor exam at SMAH) and $28-$34 per night (depending on your dog's weight) for boarding your dog overnight. Also, vaccination papers approval is required by SMAH (even if K9 has independently approved your dog).
