Originally the business acquired by Joseph was a manufacturing and repair center, but Joe had a vision and steadily added showcases while carving a niche for himself as both, a custom designer and goldsmith as well as a retailer. By the early seventies, demand for retail showpieces grew dramatically and the transition to a Centerline, Michigan showroom satisfied the need for expansion to house several master goldsmiths and gave clients the thrill of viewing the fine jewelry in a showplace double the size of its predecessor.
