The restaurant is open from the early morning hours and late into the night, offering delivery service and breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and late-night menus featuring traditional hot dog favorites such as the Chicago dog and the chili-cheese dog, as well as unique haute cuisine like the Jackalope, an antelope, rabbit and pork sausage served with huckleberry compote, sriracha aioli and applewood smoked cheddar. The food and weekly sausage special menus are beautifully rounded out by a one-of-a-kind gourmet coffee program that highlights made-to-order beverages using award-winning Intelligentsia Coffee.
