This colorful collection of limited edition decorative plates were created by Bob Pettes and are titled "America's Golden Years". The American Heirloom Collection was produced in 1983 by Royal Cornwall, Ltd. There are 10 plates in this collection, all in excellent condition, measuring 9¼" in diameter.
