One two-hour foundation session where we evaluate where your work-life meets your values and priorities. We determine your goals and create a work-life map. You will have “homework” to help you further refine your vision.  This session can either be in person (in the NY Metro area) or over the phone. We begin to create a concrete, results-focused action plan for you.
