On Location Tours, Inc. (formerly Scene on TV Tours), New York City’s only TV and Movie Tour Company, was founded in June of 1999 by Georgette Blau, a 1996 graduate of Skidmore College. Blau founded the company shortly after her "move on up" to the Upper East Side of Manhattan (into a not-so-deluxe apartment), where she discovered that she lived near the Jeffersons. Blau began running New York’s first TV and Movie locations tour out of a rented van. And the rest, as they say, is history.
