• Interview with homeowner to discuss goals for the project including function and storage needs, fixture preferences, budget and style.


• Site visit to review existing mechanicals and take as-built measurements.


• Design Development:  Develop a Design Program to clearly define objectives, scope and budget parameters the project.


• Design Concept: present a design concept with floor plans, wall elevations and 3-D views as well as ideas for materials, fixtures and styling.
