Description
Yin Yoga is a practice which is gentle, slow, on the mat--ideal for anyone beginning yoga, or who has practiced for a long time. Yin is for the bones, tendons, ligaments, and fascia; the practice warms and lubricates the joints, instills self-acceptance. Breath practice is integral to the persuasive progression of the flow. This 90 minute session may be done in your home in Addison County or a studio in Bristol.
Special Instructions
Yoga clothing is recommended, or loose garments with no zippers or buttons.
