Black Currant: A lively Vermont dark rose with spirit, yields a delicate fruity taste, braided with elegant aromas and a bright tartness with medium body pairings with salmon, swordfish, soft goat cheese.

Blueberry: The Blueberry Mead is made with Maine organic blueberries from our friend Bruce Perrin, Burke Hill Farms in Cherryfield ME. It is more like red wine and comes in a regular Bordeaux-style wine bottle. This mead pairs well with grilled chicken and vegetables.
