This handmade handbag by Flashbag features a photo taken at the 2010 Flynn Garden Tour by Carolyn Bates. The small tote (8.5"x7"x3.5") is made of paper ... yes, paper! We start with color copies of original images on regular paper. We laminate the images then add strength inside with 8 sheets of recycled newsprint. Images cover every panel of the bag inside and out. Each panel is embellished with colorful swoops and swirls of stitching that compliment the composition of each image.
