• Built from the ground up, a 42” gas fire pit of cmu block and concrete footing, faced with stone veneer and colored concrete cap, includes the installation of a 50’ gas line.


• To surround your new pit, 300 sf of colored concrete that is constructed with a compacted rock base (4”) with a broom-finished concrete slab…your color choice.


• For the finishing touch, a new 400 sf lawn of Delta Bolero Plus sod, header board and Rainbow 6” pop up sprinklers, including timer.
