Ice cream addicts, this class is for you! Whether you want to make ice cream, gelato, or some other frozen confection, master frozen confectioneer Angelo Firenze of Angelato Café in Belmont will guide you through the process, teaching you the basics of ingredient selection and how to balance recipes for taste, texture, and sweetness. Best of all, you’ll leave with a batch of your very own product to share with your family (or hoard for yourself). This two-hour class is available for up to six participants. Date and time to be mutually agreed upon.

Items will be available for pick up at Belmont Day School at auction close or they can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense.





All items, with the exception of gift certificates, will be shipped via Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping with the United States Postal Service. If the item(s) does not fit into a Flat Rate Shipping box, the item(s) will be boxed into an appropriate box and the best shipping option will be chosen by the auction shipping team. If more than one item is won, we will combine all the items into an appropriate box and the best shipping option will be chosen by the auction shipping team. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional and incurs an additional cost. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
