Go back in time to the Gilded Age with this gift certificate for two to tour the Ventfort Hall Mansion, an imposing Jacobean Revival-style mansion built in 1893 for Sarah Morgan, the sister of J. P. Morgan, and the Gilded Age Museum located in Lenox, MA. Included in the package is admission to “Les Petite Dames de Mode,” an exhibit of 59 stunningly beautiful miniature porcelain “fashion models” that portray the history of women’s fashion from 1855 to 1914, as well as to the Berkshire Designer Showcase, 14 rooms of the mansion, newly restored and decorated by Berkshire designers and artisans. Items will be available for pick up at Belmont Day School at auction close or they can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense.
All items, with the exception of gift certificates, will be shipped via Priority Mail Flat Rate Shipping with the United States Postal Service. If the item(s) does not fit into a Flat Rate Shipping box, the item(s) will be boxed into an appropriate box and the best shipping option will be chosen by the auction shipping team. If more than one item is won, we will combine all the items into an appropriate box and the best shipping option will be chosen by the auction shipping team. Mailing/shipping insurance is optional and incurs an additional cost. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
