Hawthorne parent Mignon Fulton, offers a knitting class for eight winning bidders. Students 5th grade and up only, please. Parent must purchase a slot if s/he wishes to join class. Student does not have to be accompanied by parent. 2 hour class to be held on a date determined by the winning bidders. Class location 5330 W. Cuyler Ave. (Portage Park area). Knitting needles and yarn will be provided. Learn all the basics--casting on, knit stitch (garter), and binding off. Expires Sept. 30, 2012.
