Description
Hawthorne Parent and Physical Therapist, Karen Meier will lead a Flexibility and Strengthening class using the foam roller. The event will be held on April 24 from 7-9PM. Each participant will get a foam roller and a book of foam roller exercises to take home.
Class will take place at Whole Health Chicago, 2522 N lincoln.
$30 each person, 15 maximum.
