"Open late and just minutes from the hotel zone, Paramount Room is Chicago's newest food and drink hot-spot featuring a unique, dual level space loaded with urban charm and contemporary design elements. On the street level, a boutique tavern space features exposed brick, loft ceilings, distressed wood floors, and an open kitchen. One floor below, a resurrected prohibition-era basement speakeasy has been completely redesigned with chic modern lounge elements and high, dramatic ceilings.
