Description

Join former state representative Valerie Hardy for a delicious three-course meal prepared and served in her home in Litchfield, NH.  We will mutually decided upon the date.


Prima: Begin the meal with a fresh salad and wine. 


Entrata: Bouillabaisse is one of the most respected and famous of fish stews with ingredients such as lobster, shrimp, claims and fish fillets such as pike, pollock and sole.  Served with French bread.


Finale: Fresh home-made Triple Berry Cream Pie.
