Consultation will be provided to a non-profit seeking assistance in organizing and/or implementing a project, such as designing an educational offering, designing and implementing a new service, or creating a process that resvolves an operational problem.

A "project" is a series of tasks that has a clear start and finish, as opposed to tasks performed for on-going operations.

Get help to define, organize, and implement a project; estimate costs and timing; plan effective communication; manage project HR requirements; analyze and mitigate risk; design quality assurance; and close the project.

Organizations must be from the Upper Valley Area. Organizations outside the Upper Valley Area may bid, but must meet with the auction provider in the Upper Valley. 

Gift certificate will be mailed to the winning bidder at no additional cost.
