Description
The Eastern Amberwing is one of the smallest dragonflies( 0.9’) in North America. The male’s wings are entirely amber with reddish stigmas. It likes to perch on plants and often moves the wings and abdomen up and down in a wasp like manner. They like a variety of wetlands including ponds, lakes and sluggish streams. It’s flight season is Summer.
The wall art is 11 x 14 and 5/8” thick. The image is fused onto a wood panel and has a glossy, U/V scratch resistant finish. It is ready to hang so there is no need for a frame!
