Master bath includes tile surround garden tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. Guest bedroom contains 1 twin bed, 1 full bed and 19" TV.
Activities in the area include: boating, fishing, fitness center on-site, golf, hot tub, jet-ski, sailing, treadmill, water activities, winery and more. The winning bidder’s credit card will be charged after the auction closes. Shipping cost will be billed to the bidder if over $10.00 USD, if bidder is not able to pick-up the item in Houston office. If the bidder resides out of the Greater Houston area and has multiple items, all items will be shipped together and the bidder will be charged for shipping costs if over $10.00 USD. Family to Family Network is not liable for any auction items once shipped (by postage mark date) to the bidder.
