A vacation rental with all the charm of a Bed and Breakfast but with the privacy and leisure of a guest apartment, located midway between Lexington and Staunton in Virginia's historic Shenandoah Valley. Shenandoah has civil war history, scenic attractions and great events to enjoy year around.
Fly Continental Airlines and enjoy a two (2) night stay for two (2) adults with breakfast baskets for each morning. The suite is located in the upper part of our home with a private entrance via the upstairs porch. It includes a bedroom that sleeps three, kitchen, bathroom and year round sunroom.
For those who wish the convenience, we offer a breakfast basket for an additional fee with items for breakfast on your own.
From the sunroom you have a tree-top view of the farm, gardens, pond and distant mountains. We invite you to enjoy the farm: hiking, fishing, row boating, picnicking, or just relaxing on the porch taking in the beauty and serenity of the countryside - and maybe a glimpse of the wildlife. Or enjoy the many local attractions: visit numerous historic points of interest, take a scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway (just 15 minutes away), hike on nearby trails including the Appalachian Trail, visit neighboring Rockbridge Vineyard, or see a Shakespearean play at the Blackfriars Theater, or a show at the Virginia Horse Center.

The winning bidder’s credit card will be charged after the auction closes. Shipping cost will be billed to the bidder if over $10.00 USD, if bidder is not able to pick-up the item in Houston office. If the bidder resides out of the Greater Houston area and has multiple items, all items will be shipped together and the bidder will be charged for shipping costs if over $10.00 USD. Family to Family Network is not liable for any auction items once shipped (by postage mark date) to the bidder.
Please note that some items have specific expiration dates--any changes in specified date must be arranged directly with donor. Family to Family Network will not be responsible to either change or extend dates.
Reservations for trips, lessons and/or use of facilities must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise indicated.
