Whatever your level of expertise in the kitchen, you'll always learn something new and exciting at Central Market Cooking Schools.
They've earned a reputation for world-class instruction by offering culinary expertise from their talented chefs as well as a diversity of local, regional and nationally known chefs and culinary instructors.
Registration Information: Unless otherwise noted, class participants must be 18 or older. Participants in beer and/or wine tasting classes must be 21 years or older. Hands-on, Basics and Kids classes are designated. All other classes are demonstration.
All class participants receive a recipe packet and sample the food. Most evening classes include wine pairings. Please limit your consumption to items served in class. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Late arrivals will be seated in available spaces. To avoid being charged the full price of the class, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the day of class. Menus are subject to change due to the availability of seasonal ingredients.

Certificate cannot be mechanically reproduced or doubled. Not valid with any other offer. One certificate per customer per class. No cash surrender value.
All bids and sales are final on October 31, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. CST. No exchanges or refunds on items are permitted except where specified.
The winning bidder’s credit card will be charged after the auction closes. Shipping cost will be billed to the bidder if over $10.00 USD, if bidder is not able to pick-up the item in Houston office. If the bidder resides out of the Greater Houston area and has multiple items, all items will be shipped together and the bidder will be charged for shipping costs if over $10.00 USD. Family to Family Network is not liable for any auction items once shipped (by postage mark date) to the bidder.
Please note that some items have specific expiration dates--any changes in specified date must be arranged directly with donor. Family to Family Network will not be responsible to either change or extend dates.
Reservations for trips, lessons and/or use of facilities must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise indicated.
