Enjoy a week stay at Serravalle in Chianti, a 20,000+ square foot Estate in Chianti for 14 guests (up to 7 couples, 4 families or 14 individual guests). The property includes an underground suite for exercise, wine tasting and other fun activities.
Arranged visits to Siena, Chianti Hill towns and Florence. The Florence "highlights tour" includes Top pieces of the Uffizzi Gallery, Michelangelo's Davide with guide and more.
There’s also shopping at Incisa/Montevarchi designer outlets and a private wine tasting in a Tuscan region winery.
Includes daily continental breakfast, full access to the estate grounds, vineyards, heated pool, jacuzzi and olive orchards. Guests will enjoy 24/7 access to on-site, live-in estate managers and concierge support as well as daily maid service.
Base Inclusions for one week of up to 14 persons stay at Serravalle:
1. One week Saturday – Saturday throughout the year (dates agreed upon up to 2 years from close of auction).
2. Daily Continental breakfast.
3. Full access to above ground Villa (approximately 12,000+ sq ft) and underground “La Taverna” suite/exercise/playroom/wine tasting facility (approximately 8,000+ sq ft). Total living space approximately
20,000+ sq ft.
4. Full access to the manicured property described above and that under development.
5. Full access to Estate grounds, vineyards, and olive orchards (20+ acres).
6. Full access to on site, 24x7, live-in Estate managers and concierge support service (logistical, host, messaging, immediate scheduling resolution).
7. Full access to zoned, dehumidified, air conditioning and heating.
8. Full access to solar heated pool and Jacuzzi.
9. Full access to high speed internet (fixed line and WiFi) with business center (fax/copier/printer).
10. Full access to outdoor barbecue, common and support kitchens, common living rooms, and glass
enclosed veranda.
11. Daily maid service with weekly linen, and every other day towel services. Weekly pool
towel service.
12. Laundry Service on Tues and Wed during the week - 10 pieces/person/week (extra at cost).
13. Four private day visits arranged:
a. Day 1: Siena and/or Chianti Hill towns with English Speaking Guide.
b. Day 2: Florence Uffizi/L”Accademia “highlights” tour with English Speaking Guide.
c. Day 3: Shopping day at “The Mall” designer outlets.
d. Day 4: Private wine tasting in Montalcino (or other Tuscany region winery).
e. Entry tickets and transport costs (if any) not included. In a rare case one or more of the above may need to be changed if unavailable, however no substitutions or credits can be given for these tour days (or any other part of the donation if not used or desired).
For guest safety, no commercial kitchen use allowed.

Trip expires two years from close of on-line auction or on 10/31/2013. Trip must be scheduled before expiration date. Entry tickets and transport costs (if any) not included. Tours or other visit detail subject to change if unavailable. No substitutions or credits can be given for these tours (or any other part of the donation if not used or desired.) Non-refundable full payment due at time of winning bid. Winner must sign acknowledgment. You must check the USD to Euro exchange for additional cost while traveling abroad. Y
ou must contact representative for Serravalle at Chianti to make arrangements for scheduling your trip. Please make sure you confirm your dates and receive confirmation for dates reserved.
Additional ancillary "extra" services or special excursions added after purchasing the trip base package is the bidder's responsibility and will not be included in the base package purchased the on-line auction. They may be requested from Serravalle after the auction as groups plan their itineraries. They are under no obligation to obtain any of them, they are offered as optional.
All bids and sales are final on October 31, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. CST. No exchanges or refunds on items are permitted except where specified.
The winning bidder’s credit card will be charged after the auction closes. Shipping cost will be billed to the bidder if over $10.00 USD, if bidder is not able to pick-up the item in Houston office. If the bidder resides out of the Greater Houston area and has multiple items, all items will be shipped together and the bidder will be charged for shipping costs if over $10.00 USD.
Family to Family Network is not liable for any auction items once shipped (by postage mark date) to the bidder. Please note that some items have specific expiration dates--any changes in specified date must be arranged directly with donor. Family to Family Network will not be responsible to either change or extend dates.
Reservations for trips, lessons and/or use of facilities must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise indicated.
