The Embodied Life refers to our natural condition when mind/body function in a unified way. Sensations of ease, lightness and pleasure can be the norm from which we diverge only in times of great demand. We all know those original, childlike sensations of curiosity when exploring something new or feeling in harmony when playing; these experiences become quite frequent as we learn to more fully embody our lives.

The Embodied Life 1 and 2 are a complete program that touches all levels of the human being: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Through dynamic talks, movement lessons, breathing experiments and guided meditations, you will be led on an effective path of self discovery and transformation.
