Celebrate your special event or coworker birthday with Strawberry Shortcake.  This dessert is homemade from scratch by a member of the HSSE Department and will serve 12 to 15 people.  It features a delicate crumb shortcake topped with fresh sliced strawberries and finished with a  crown of old-fashioned whipped cream.
