This class is for children ages 3.5 - 5 years old and will help establish balance, flexibility, muscle memory, body position, and beginner tumbling. Children will begin to learn exercise while having fun. We stretch, do an obstacle course, work bar, beam, and trampoline. In the obstacle course we walk balance beam, climb, hop, log roll, forward roll, backward roll, crawl, donkey kick, etc.  Gym Skills is a unique business that offers programs on-site as well as at our Main Gym from coaches that have decades of gymnastics and tumbling experience. Gym Skills has donated a youth size (2T-YL) T-shirt for the winner of this item.
