Lila brings together teachers from a rich background of yoga traditions.  Our practice and classes allow students to feel empowered in their bodies, reflective in their minds, and present in their spirit.  While classes are rooted in vinyasa, each teacher brings their own authentic interpretation to the space allowing creative expressions and themes for an experience that is inspiring, empowering, and evolving.
