Empire Academy of Combat Sports and Fitness offers a certificate for a Six-Month Membership. This certificate is valid for participation in any program at the gym, including grappling, striking or fight fitness. Whether your goals are competing in combat sports, self-defense, or personal fitness, the Empire Academy has something to offer you. The Grappling Program consists of training in 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu, Judo and Sambo, with training available in Gi and No-Gi . The Striking Program offers training in Boxing and Muay Thai Kickboxing, with circuit, Thai Pad, and drill training, and optional sparring. The Fight Fitness program is a conditioning and strength program with focus on combat sport application. The MMA program is the combination of both the Grappling and Striking programs with MMA and TEAM practices.
