Rachel's Kitchenis bistro style dining open for breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring: 'build your own omlettes', sandwiches, daily soups, wraps, burgers and best of all smoothies. Voted Best Salad in Las Vegas in 2010 (KLAS-TV poll). Locally owned and operated with two locations in Summerlin and at The District at Green Valley Ranch.

The Summerlin location features a lighter menu available for the calorie counter in Summerlin and a full espresso bar. There is beer & wine available at The District location.

Rachel's Kitchen sponsors races and other community fundraisers throughout the year. Including, an annual participation in St. Baldricks (fundraiser for childhood cancer research) at The District which raised over 7-thousand dollars last year and Three Square. In which there is a fundraiser the first week of August. Bring in 3 cans of food for free drink with purchase of an entree. A percentage of sales will also go to Three Square from sales on August 8th.
