Don Blair, OPPD emloyee, received this tire from the Boy Scouts of America for volunteer work he did.  He was told it was donated and used as a prop for the Boy Scouts promotion:  "Race Into Scouting.  The tire obviously has been been run on a track.  It comes with a rack for display.  Inside the tire is a tag that says"
