Jeff Crawford will donate a cooking lesson for his "Famous Lobster Pie."
(Jeff was the chef at Annisquam Yacht Club and his lobster pie is famous!)
This special evening will be for the 6 winning bidders. It will include: 1 lobster per person. Jeff will donate; tips for cooking to preserve flavor; technique for pulling the fresh meat; demonstration for making a lobster stock; lobster cream sauce, as well as enjoying the finished product in the lobster pie.
