Centrally located, and one of only a few homes to rent in the downtown area, the home is within walking distance of the Comal River, Schlitterbahn, the McKenna Children's Museum and Landa Park. Downtown New Braunfels offers fine dining, entertainment, and numerous activities close by. Gruene Hall, Texas' oldest dance hall, is a short drive away and is famous for the live entertainers who sing on stage every day. Gruene also offers great shopping, restaurants and wine tasting. Lake McQueeney is a great place to water ski and is a short five minute drive, and Canyon Lake, a much larger lake is about a 25-minute drive.

- · If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance
will apply and will be billed to your account. All gift certificates (regardless of the number of certificates) will have a one time shipping
charge of $5.95 and all other packages will cost $14.95 unless the weight of the package exceeds 20 pounds, and:
- · MDA reserves the right to substitute a comparable item for items featured in the auction without notice.
