Valid for travel 9/5/11 through 9/5/12. No extension permitted under any circumstances. It is the responsibility of each recipient to make a reservation and set up an e-ticket. ER1181 tickets will be valid for round-trip Coach "k or Q" class, confirmed-space travel on flights operated by Continental or its subsidiaries or operated by other air carriers and marketed as "Continental Express" or "Continental Connection."

Please bid carefully because all net auction proceeds will fund MDA research, summer camp and other services provided by the Muscular Dystrophy Association. MDA accepts your bid as a promise to pay.

no later than October 31, 2011,
- · Some items will be available at donor locations as noted in the item
description,
- · If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance
will apply and will be billed to your account. All gift certificates (regardless of the number of certificates) will have a one time shipping
charge of $5.95 and all other packages will cost $14.95 unless the weight of the package exceeds 20 pounds, and:
