Restrictions: Call for Availability. No Holidays, No Smoking. $100 Housekeeping Fee (non-refundable). $500 refundable security deposit due upon confirmation of reservations. Certificate expires April 2012.

Please bid carefully because all net auction proceeds will fund MDA research, summer camp and other services provided by the Muscular Dystrophy Association. MDA accepts your bid as a promise to pay.
No Refunds or Exchanges - No Exceptions

no later than October 31, 2011,
- · Some items will be available at donor locations as noted in the item
description,
- · If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance
will apply and will be billed to your account. All gift certificates (regardless of the number of certificates) will have a one time shipping
charge of $5.95 and all other packages will cost $14.95 unless the weight of the package exceeds 20 pounds, and:
- · MDA reserves the right to substitute a comparable item for items featured in the auction without notice.
