This item is avalaible to be shipped or picked up in the MDA Houston Office. If item is shipped bidder is responsible for shipping cost and insurance. Item MUST be insured! We highly reccomend picking up the item in Houston!

- · If shipment of your item is required, shipping charges and insurance
will apply and will be billed to your account. All gift certificates (regardless of the number of certificates) will have a one time shipping
charge of $5.95 and all other packages will cost $14.95 unless the weight of the package exceeds 20 pounds, and:
