• Check dye test results for all toilets
• Check all interior faucets for leaks
• Check all exposed hot & cold water supply lines
• Check all sink piping
• Check all fixture drains
• Check Washing Machine hoses
• Check all lawn faucets for leaks
• Check and TAG all emergency shutoffs and water shutoff valves

Water Heater Maintenance:
• Check temperature & pressure safety relief valve
• Check for water leaks
• Check drain valve operation
• Check operation of emergency cutoff
