where he property it is listed for $1,750 per week plus 7% tax and is rented regularly for that rate.

The value of the boat excursion and the lobster bake, provided personally by the Curtises, cannot possibly be valued but the total package is worth at least $2,400 at summer rates.

For a winning bid over $1,200, time will be arranged in the July-August 2012 period.  A winning bid between minimum bid of $900 and $1,999 will be arranged for June or September 2012.
