Sterling Event Design - Day of Services
* BONUS: 2 free hours of consultations to help with the wedding planning process: whether you are looking for vendors, need help with budget or creating ambiance/event design. You have this additional time to pick our brains and use our expertise to aid you with planning your wedding.
Details and Design meeting (1 hour): We will meet with you AT LEAST 2 weeks prior to review budget, contracts, vendors and timeline. This is also the ideal time to discuss your vision and for us to understand the elements you have created. This package will also include the scheduled rehearsal (up to 1 hour).
Day of Coordination (up to 10 hours): We will arrive at your venue to make sure the correct set-up is taking place and your elements are all implemented as preferred.

Upgrades for additional consultations, staffing and event hours are available upon request at a discounted rate exclusively available to the winning bidder.
We are happy to travel though all travel and accommodations outside of the Phoenix Metropolitan area will be the additional cost of the winning bidder.
