Day of coordination allows the bride or couple to handle all the details up to the wedding date but be free to enjoy the special day without directing vendors and chasing down odds and ends.
Classic “Day-of” services typically include:
Meeting face-to-face once (about two weeks) prior to your event to discuss the details and gather information and vendor contacts for the timeline
Preparing a detailed wedding day itinerary
Reviewing details of customized itinerary with contracted vendors
Attending and coordinating the wedding rehearsal
Attending the ceremony and reception to implement the wedding day itinerary and to ensure that everything flows the way the couple desires.
