Need the confidence that your event will go off without a hitch?
Let us step in and you can rest assured that all of the final details will be handled and your day will be perfect. We call this the "day of" package, although you will see that this service actually entails much more on our end than just a couple days of work.
Includes 2 seperate 2 hour meetings prior to your event,
Vendor referrals
Rehearsal Coordination (1 hour),
2 hours to manage setup,
4 hours event management,
1 hour to manage cleanup
Blackout dates apply.
This package includes wedding coordinating services within thirty miles of our Magnolia Avenue Studio in Fort Worth. For events outside that area a small travel fee applies.
