* 2 Meetings (Up to 4 hours; includes site inspections 2 weeks prior and “Wrap-Up” appointment 2 months prior; up to 2 hours each)
* Review of Vendor Contracts (Up to 1 hours)
* Preparation of Timeline to include Ceremony and Reception Schedule, Arrivals, Processionals, Recessionals, Duties and Seating Arrangements (Up to 5 hours)
* Vendor confirmation/coordination (Up to 2 hour)
* Rehearsal coordination (2 hour)
* 9 hours Wedding Day with myself and assistant (2 hours ceremony; up to 7 hours reception)
** Assistant to be present at Rehearsal and Ceremony
Special Instructions
Includes a maximum of 23 hours plus an assistant for a maximum of 11 hours. Any additional hours or staf needed with be billed separately.
