Description

Diana Marie Events will handle all of the logistics 

and will manage and execute all the details of your

 Wedding Master Timeline as we are there from 

the very beginning of the day until the end! 

(Package valid for weddings up to 100 guests.) 

The Rehearsal/Day Of package includes:


* Unlimited communication for Advice, Guidance and Support (Phone Calls, Emails, etc.)

* Minimum of 2 professional coordinators to manage your wedding (additional staff that is required depends on the number of wedding guests.)

* Complete Wedding Coordination (Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception Coverage)

* Review and confirmation of all Venue and Vendor Contracts and arrangements.

* Ongoing communication and final detailing with all Vendors/Venues to ensure flawless execution.

* Up to three (3) in-person meetings:
- One meeting will include a walk-through of your venues to discuss design, set-up, etc.

- One meeting will be 2-weeks prior to go over all Wedding Day/Rehearsal details.

* Creation and execution of Wedding Master Plan.

* Up to 2 Hours for Wedding Rehearsal Coordination.

* All-day Wedding Day Coordination (Ceremony/Reception.)

* Supervision of Set-Up and Breakdown of all details and decor.

* Delivery of Final Payments to Vendors.

* Use of our Essential Wedding Emergency Kit.

* Decoration of Honeymoon Suite on Wedding Night (if venue is within reasonable radius.)

* Your Wedding Story designed by us and posted on our website.

* Discounted Rates on the designing of Reception Seating Chart, “Aisle File” Newsletter, Wedding Programs, etc.
