You are bidding on the services of Rebecca Gonzales Events beginning 30 days prior to your wedding date, at which time Rebecca will meet with you to discuss your plans to date, as well as receive any and all contracts for review in addition to available contact information for all vendors involved for confirmation calls.

Rebecca will offer suggestions for how to deal with any loose ends that may remain. Client will be given limited access to Rebecca's preferred vendor list. 

Rebecca and Client will attend a walk through of ceremony and reception locations approx. 3 weeks prior to the event. Rebecca will attend the rehearsal and oversee if necessary. This is typically decided by the officiant. 

Rebecca will also write a detailed timeline of events for the wedding day and ensure that vendors and bridal party members understand and adhere to it.  

Rebecca will oversee set up and break down of the ceremony and reception sites, including accepting deliveries and placement of programs, special seating requirements, and/or bubbles, petals, or the like.

Finally, Rebecca will ensure that your payments reach the vendors on time through reminders and will also hand deliver your pre-sealed envelopes prepared with balances due on the day of, if any (such as gratuities).

Client will designate someone (typically a family member or bridal party member) to take responsibility for any gifts or personal items left behind by the bride and groom.

Rebecca will sweep the venue and ensure nothing has been forgotten, and leave any found items in the capable hands of your designated person.
