I can cover 100 miles within Washington DC area without travel charge. Any events outside this area will require travel charges, accomodations and standard IRS travel mileage fees..
5% VA state taxes will be charged to value of donated package.
Black out dates include May, June September, October and based on if wedding has already been reserved for that date on first come first serve basis.
Item expires 1 year from winning auction.
